BC Card (President and CEO, Joon Hee Suh, www.bccard.com) held "Love Sharing Festival" with KT Group’s Hope Sharing Foundation, Seoul Community Council on Social Welfare, Seongdong District Office, and 400 socially disadvantaged class citizens, in Wangsimni Square, Seoul on the 30th.

Around 80 volunteer workers from 13 KT group companies, including BC Card, KT, KT Skylife, KT is, etc, participated in the event.

Volunteer workers served the socially disadvantaged group, consisting of disabled citizens, senior citizens who live alone, etc, with healthy food directly made in "Red Bobcha (Red Food Car)" and provided up to 5 daily commodities including rice, ramen, red pepper paste, etc from "Locomotive Food Market Truck." Toothpaste, toothbrush set from BC Card’s Private Brand (PB) ‘TORLA’ was also given out as an additional present.

Especially on this day, BC Card donated a 5-ton moving-cafeteria "Red Bobcha (Red Food Car)" to KT Group Hope Sharing Foundation. BC Card and KT Group Hope Sharing Foundation plan to expand their ‘social sharing’ business by sending out the food bus to diverse public events helping out the vulnerable class.

Head of Corporate Planning Group, Jae Yon Cha attended the event and shared, "Love Sharing Festival is one of BC Card’s biggest social activities. Workers visit the elderly to provide warm comfort food and daily commodities during national holidays, at the change of seasons or whenever help and love are asked for. I hope today’s event will be a nice little gift for the elders to pull through this hot summer."
